Yesterday! I went to PLAY Badminton!

Yeah, It wasn't that Fun.

I mean who wants to SPEND 2 whole hours playing BADMINTON?!

Boy! It was a Very STUPID movie! I didnt get the whole MOVIE?!

F&N Lessons AGAIN!

yeah, We just had a combined F&N Lesson!

WOOHOOO.
Theory Lessons AGAAINN.

Have i told you how much I LOVE Practical Lessons, yeah!

Too baD I keep missing out on some D:

We just went through CHAPTERRR 5. Fats, Oil, Salt & Sugar.

yeah, we've just learnt how much of these stuff we've been Consuming.

So apparently, People got more self-cautious =D

F&N Lesssons!

Our teachers for F&N are Ms Zheng and Ms Seerin.

We have been studying F&N for 3 months+/-.

On the first week, We were first introduced to F&N.

They passed out the Contents Page 2009.

Furthermore, we learnt about the Healthy Diet Pyramid. (HDP)

It consist the rice and alternatives, meat and alternatives, fruits and vegetables and the fats, oil, salt and sugar sections.

The week after, we cooked our homemade pizzas and biscuits!

Unfortunately, I had skipped my FIRST practical due to a badminton tournament.

After cooking, we had to stay back for a few minutes for a test..
Which i did a week after.

I do still wish i had gone for THAT practical..

It is on Eating Right which was also Chapter 1.

Few weeks past, soon we had to do decision making!

and it was COOKING TIME!

Unfortunately, i had trouble following up since i had NO clue how to make the BISCUITS at ALL.

Thankfully, My partner Helped me throughout the practical.

I think everyone was happy with their RESULTS!

All of the COOKIES looked soooo DELICIOUS! just like The Picture above!

A Week Later, We just had a test on the Second Chapter. (Rice & Alternatives.)

Everyone suppositely forgot about the Test and We were given 10 minutes to revise through Chapter 2 before the test begun.

Hopefully, i would pass..
